I was very sad to read the news of the fire at Aardman Animations warehouse that destroyed priceless artifacts of animation history, including sets and models from the first 3 Wallace and Gromit films. But Nick Park, who after all had the most to lose in the blaze, was clear-headed and philosophical about the situation: "Even though it is a precious and nostalgic collection and valuable to the company, in light of other tragedies, today isn't a big deal."
